- In case their personal data are processed incompletely or incorrectly, request correction thereof and request that the third parties to whom their personal data have been provided are notified about the corrections accordingly
- Request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring their processing are eliminated, and to request the notification of the transaction made within this scope to third persons to whom the personal data are transferred, although it was processed in accordance with the provisions of Law and other relevant laws
- Object to emergence of an outcome against their own interests upon analysis of the processed data exclusively by automatic systems
- Request the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data
To exercise your rights mentioned above, you can submit your requests to our bank through the following methods:
- By visiting our branches in person, with identity verification
- Through our Digital Channels or Call Center, with identity authentication

The application must include:
- a) Name, surname and signature if the application is written
- b) T.R. ID number for citizens of the Republic of Turkey, nationality, passport number or ID number, if any, for foreigners
- c) Residential or workplace address for notification
ç) Electronic mail address, telephone and fax number for notification, if any
- d) subject of request.
Your request will be processed free of charge as soon as possible and within a maximum of thirty (30) days. If your request requires additional costs, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Board.
