In a statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), HGAZ included the following details:
"Our company, with a 70% stake, our company's subsidiary Enerya Enerji Anonim Şirketi with a 29% stake, and Ahlatcı Holding with a 1% stake, participated in the Adabank Share Sale auction conducted by the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (SDIF). Regarding this auction, AHL Ahlatcı Finansal received notification from the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) on August 15, 2023, approving the transfer of 96.7% of Adabank shares owned by SDIF to AHL Ahlatcı Finansal Yönetim under Article 18 of Banking Law No. 5411 and Article 11 (1) and (2) of the Regulation on Transactions Subject to Authorization of Banks and Indirect Shareholding.
