Dünya Katılım Bank has raised its capital to 3 billion Turkish liras.

In a statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), AHGAZ provided the following information:

"It has been communicated that the capital of our affiliated company, Dünya Katılım Bankası Anonim Şirketi (World Participation Bank), in which we hold a 70% stake, will be increased from TRY 100,000,000 to TRY 3,000,000,000, entirely in cash. Additionally, it was announced that our company will make a cash capital payment in line with our ownership, utilizing all of our new subscription rights proportional to our capital share.

Within this framework, our company has fulfilled the TRY 2,030,000,000 capital commitment related to the mentioned increase as of January 22, 2024, through AHL Ahlatcı Finansal. We hereby inform the public."
